We roast on a diedrich ir-12. Each batch averages about 20 lbs. We also have a 500lb capacity b.F.Gump roaster for the big projects. It's a hoot roasting 4 bags of coffee at once.

Our facility is centrally located in kansas city.

All of our coffee is shipped as whole bean.
